Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of markzenai.com and to marketing services provided by MarkZen AI. By using the website or working with us, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide digital marketing services such as websites, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp marketing, video and paid advertising. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each client are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Results
We work to improve your marketing results and report on them honestly, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or returns. These depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition and your product.
Website content
Figures shown in the 3D office, demo websites and the demo client portal are sample data to illustrate how our work and reporting look. They are not results from real clients.
Fees and billing
- Monthly plans are billed in advance. Prices shown exclude GST and ad spend.
- Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the ad platform, from the client's own ad account.
- Plans run month to month. Either side can stop with notice before the next billing cycle, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You give us accurate information, timely approvals and the access we need. You confirm you have the rights to any content, logos or materials you share with us.
Ownership
Once paid for, the content and designs we create for you belong to you. Your ad accounts, pages and data always stay in your name. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Use of AI
We use AI tools to produce and analyse work. A person reviews everything before it goes live, and nothing is published without your approval.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for actions of third-party platforms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
